My heart is full... I need to write some pretty soppy stuff, but I'll have to do it later... I'm off to the hospital!

I don't know when we'll get out today. I've already signed 4,324 documents. So probably only another 2000 or so to go.

YAY! Oh yay yay yayayayayayayay!

  16. "Most of us need eight hours of sound sleep to function at our best, and good health demands good sleep"
    The problem:
Americans are averaging only about seven hours of sleep a night.
One in three gets only six hours a night.
"People have no idea how important sleep is to their lives"

  17. Today's lifestyle is so busy that people often don't have the time to recognize the symptoms of fatigue unless they're at a task that bores them. This has given rise to the notion that boredom brings on sleepiness. In truth, boredom only brings sleepiness to your attention.

And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, "Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!" So God granted him what he requested.
