"Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery
that quote kinda describes mature love.... or love that has been through a lot of turmoil and self-lessness...and giving....and sacrificing....and growing up....and being other-centered....and God-centered...
until the love comes into a ONENESS or ONEFLESH where you are ONE... and, then, you can look out at the things together, from within...
we are unable to love others until we experience God's love
we are unable to give until we receive
we are unable to risk until we understand the sacrifice that was made for us
love... in that while we were yet sinners, He laid down His life...for us... the ungodly... because He saw us...not as we were... not as we are... but what we shall be!!!
let this day in February open up doors of opportunity to show others HIS love...through you... ask God to open your eyes to who needs Him and His love...and secret shoot an arrow of His love their way...
Must be very careful, Keith is crawling under the office chair, one wrong move and I could role over his fingers. He's been learning the office space is off limits.... it's a work in progress.
He's been crawling for 8 days now and we can't believe how fast he was after just three days. Maybe cause he started crawling late, and was already pulling up. Maybe he was pretty strong already and took to it fast once he started. I dunno.
Stephanie said... Good Morning everyone!!!! Brynn was born this morning at 5:20 am! I hear she is Beautiful with a full head of black hair. She is breathing very well but was placed on a ventilator anyway for 24 hours just for the transition. All seems well and peacful at the hospital. The Clarks are doing GREAT.
